The Thematic Working Groups are responsible for the bulk of the preparation of the Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper. In particular, they are responsible for prioritising activities within the various themes and sectors.
Each Thematic Working Group was given draft Terms of Reference (ToRs), including the issues to be covered, the suggested membership, and suggestions of the inputs to be used in designing the strategy. In many cases, these ToRs were refined by the groups.
For each group, there is a page showing the membership, contact details, issues to be covered and so on.
In addition, there are links to the comments made on each of the groups' drafts and the way forward for the Working Groups.
